Crowe River, Campbellford, Trent Hills, Ontario

With all of the water we have flowing through Trent Hills, there are many different places to cool off in the summer months.

  • Crowe River/Crowe Bridge Park – This day-use park is the perfect spot to spend on a warm day. Located at 670 Crowe River Road in Campbellford, the weir dam creates the perfect place for people of all ages to enjoy the water. The shale rock provides different levels for visitors to wade through the water or jump right in. Picnic tables are also available.
  • Hastings Beach – The Village of Hastings offers a sandy beach, on the south side of the Trent River where it flows from Rice Lake. You may even see a Great Blue Heron, muskrat or a beaver while you swim!
  • Campbellford Outdoor Pool – The Trent Hills municipal swimming pool, located on 21 Ranney Street in Campbellford, offers public swimming, summer swimming lessons and organizes a recreational swimming team. CHECK BACK IN 2020 FOR THE SUMMER SCHEDULE.
